How to Register

Registration for any of the John Hatch Summer Camps is simple and easy:

1. Click on the link below to access the Registration Form.
2. Type in the information requested and check off which week(s) you would like.
3. Print the Form and sign it.
4. Scan the Form and email it to info@johnhatchsportscamps.com

          * Note: Payment is by eTransfer and is due 7-14 days before the start of the Camp
 
Once we receive your Form, we will email confirmation within a couple of days.

A second email will be sent a couple of weeks before Camp which will go over final details including payment instructions and all of our safety requirements.
